1. Agreement to Terms

Apex Home Improvements LLC provides general contracting, residential, and light commercial property improvements, including but not limited to painting, flooring, remodeling, drywall repair, and hauling. All work will be performed according to the standards of the industry and local building codes.

3. Estimates and Quotes

All estimates provided through our website or in-person are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. A formal signed contract is required before any work begins. Price and scope of work may change if unforeseen issues arise during the course of the project, which will be communicated and agreed upon via change orders.

4. Payments

Payment terms will be outlined in your specific project contract. Typically, a deposit is required to commence work, followed by progress payments, and a final payment upon completion. All materials remain the property of Apex Home Improvements LLC until paid for in full.

5. Permits and Approvals

Unless explicitly stated in the contract, the homeowner is responsible for obtaining any necessary HOA approvals. Apex Home Improvements LLC will handle required city/county building permits, the cost of which will be included in your estimate or billed separately.

6. Limitation of Liability

Apex Home Improvements LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
